How big is the sign?

The marquee sign is 40 inches tall, and 8 feet wide. The sign sits on 4 wheels for easy moving.

What’s the process for booking a marquee rental?

If you would like to take the next step with Midwest Marquee, fill out a booking request form. The form does not require any deposit, and it simply requests for you location and dates with all necessary info. Midwest Marquee will get back to you via email and confirm booking.

Does a booking request form confirm my reservation?

The booking request form does NOT confirm your reservation of Midwest Marquee rental. Our booking team will reach out to you via email to confirm the booking after you submit your form.

What type of events do you guys work with?

Midwest Marquee works with weddings, birthdays, corporate events, church events, showers, community events, and so much more. The beauty of Midwest Marquee is that it can work with any event.

Is there anything I need to provide for the rental?

If you would like your marquee to be lit, power must be provided within 100 feet of the sign. Midwest Marquee will provide extension cables.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is necessary.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Midwest Marquee requires cancelations to be no more than 24 hours out from the beginning of the rental period.

Do you charge any fees?

For rentals within 25 miles of Manchester, MO, Midwest Marquee does not charge fees. However, small travel fees may be required for rentals outside of this radius.

What type of payment do you take?

Midwest Marquee accepts Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Cash/Check. It’s quite easy - we’ll send you an electronic invoice to your email that you can pay from there.

When is payment due?

Payment is due 24 hours before the rental period.

How far does Midwest Marquee travel for rentals?

Midwest Marquee serves the greater St Louis area. For inquiries that are outside of a 25 mile radius on Manchester, MO, please contact booking@midwestmarquee.com.
